The Basho Year — Six Tournaments
Six tournaments a year, fifteen days each, in four buildings — and the odd months never move. January, March, May, July, September, November. Tokyo three times; Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka once each.
The calendar is taken from the same table the countdown on playdohyo.com runs on, so the poster and the site cannot disagree about where July is held. Museum-quality matte paper, printed to order, nine sizes from 5″ × 7″ up to 24″ × 36″.
